One of the ways we bring that belief to life is through our sponsorship of the Brotherhood Softball Team—a group that represents far more than just competition on the field.
The Brotherhood team has been together for nearly three years, built on a foundation of connection, consistency, and shared respect. Led by Dusty, a seasoned player who has spent years cultivating strong team dynamics, the group is intentionally formed—not just around skill, but around character.
Players participate across both Brotherhood and co-ed teams, creating a broader sense of unity and camaraderie that extends beyond a single roster. What makes this team special isn’t just how they play—but how they show up for one another.
Win, lose, or draw, the field becomes: An outlet from the pressures of daily life, a place of authenticity and support, and a community where respect comes first.
The Brotherhood team reflects the richness of the communities we serve. It is proudly multicultural, with a diverse makeup that strengthens both team chemistry and perspective.
