Supported overall program operations and alignment of contact center availability according to contracted standards. Maintained the customer directives, polices, and standards of the overall program to ensure program systems and processes conform to the appropriate standards and requirements. Identified and allocated the necessary teams for operation, and managed all investigations required for processing in coordination with the individual. We also proactively address turnover management with the expected communications and notifications around personnel updates and address any vacated positions with efficient expediency.

Navy Recruiting Command (NRC)

The United States Navy Recruiting Command (NRC or NAVCRUITCOM) is located in Millington, Tennessee. It aims to recruit both enlisted sailors and prospective commissioned officers for the United States Navy. NRC covers the entire United States with 26 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups commanded by two Navy Recruiting Regions; Regions East and West.[2] In 2018, accessions management and distribution functions of the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) were realigned under Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and Navy Recruiting Command now serves as a subordinate command to NETC.

Naval Information Warfare CENTER (NIWC) PACIFIC

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific provides the U.S. Navy and military with essential capabilities in the areas of command and control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR), cyber, and space. A recognized leader in the cyber domain and cyberspace, and for autonomous unmanned systems, NIWC Pacific is providing the technological and engineering support critical to naval information warfare. While most of our work addresses the Navy’s requirements, we actively support Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and Coast Guard programs. Other government agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security, frequently call on our C4ISR expertise. Systems development and support includes basic research and prototype development through systems engineering and integration to life cycle support of fielded systems.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk

Their mission is to provide Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Joint and Allied Forces with timely, effective and efficient global logistics capabilities that enable them to take the fight to the enemy. These capabilities include full-spectrum logistics support to the Fleet; contracting support for both ashore and operational forces; support to regional commanders and Navy installations as the Regional Program Director for ashore logistics, and integrated support to industrial customers, NAVSEA and NAVFAC, for their logistics requirements. Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR Pacific)

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR Pacific) provides the hardware and software to connect our warfighters at sea, on land, and in the air. We support the full lifecycle of product and service delivery from the initial research and development, to acquisition and deployment, to operations and logistics support. NAVWAR is one of the Department of Navy’s acquisition commands. While other systems commands focus on platforms such as ships or aircraft, information is NAVWAR’s platform. Our products and services transform ships, aircraft and vehicles from individual platforms into integrated battle forces, delivering and enhancing information warfare capabilities among Navy, Marine, joint forces, federal agencies and international allies.

Naval Beach Group One, is a United States Navy amphibious unit based at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado in Coronado, California. Naval Beach Group Two is its sister unit based in Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Virginia. From the early years of assaults during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts to the modern and technically sophisticated amphibious operations in Somalia and Iraq, the men and women of NBG-1 have served throughout the Pacific and Indian Oceans in support of US policy abroad.

Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station San Diego operates robust and secure satellite, network, and strategic communications that enable Navy, Coalition, and Joint forces to exercise decision superiority and optimize war fighting effects that globally deter and defeat aggressors.

Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FNMOC)

Monterey, CA

FNMOC provides the highest quality, most relevant and timely worldwide meteorology and oceanographic support to U.S. and coalition forces from its Operations Center in Monterey, California. FNMOC provides Global and Regional Weather Prediction Charts (WXMAP) and Global Ensemble Weather Prediction Charts (EFS). WxMAP depictions of NAVGEM predictions for side-by-side comparison with NCEP global NWS models (GFS) are also available. FNMOC also offers global and Regional Ocean Wave Prediction Charts (WW3), Global Ensemble Ocean Wave Prediction Charts (WW3 Ensemble), and Global Sea Surface Temperature and Sea Surface Anomaly Charts (NCODA).
